Probably a loaded question but I have seen other peoples message board where they call them "forums" and others who call it a "forum". My understanding was that if the forum has many subforums (sometimes unrelated) that you could call the whole message board as "the forums".
For a moment I was considering changing the name of our message board to The Free Radio Forum, but that would confuse search engines that already have us listed.
Maybe I am just really tired and thinking too much
Well that does it lol. I changed the graphic and title so now it's "Forum". Probably a frivolous thing to fret over. Anyways I cleaned up the graphic banner to look slightly better.
The way I understood it was that a message board..aka forum with different topics, those topics were described as "boards" within the forum.
In fact, my station's forum software describes those various discussion topics as "boards" within the administration setup.
I bet this one does too. In fact...right below the quick reply box here it says "More topics from this "board".
The loss of correct word usage and definition began with "either your with us..or with the terrorists"..later with "yes we can"..and now with "sequestered".
OMG...I am declared a racist/terrorist because I don't like a policy!!! PFFT!
Political correctness really means fill in the blank line to define for the moment.
Peace!

LMAO okay I guess case solved then. Not sure why I always thought it was forums. Guess I seen the word used somewhere else and my brain figured it sounded right at the time.
