Well the question says it all. I have a few.. I heard a pirate on 26.555 around 10 or so years ago back when I was a youngling and getting into radio. Heard them on some random HF Yaesu transceiver one of my ham friends owned. They were playing rock music and IDed as The CB Rockers or something like that. There were a lot of people on channel 4 CB also playing music but I wouldn't count them as pirates, more like idiots with a mic
The other oddity I picked up once was on an FRS radio. When I was working for this antenna repair shop we had to climb up 100 feet on a 600 foot FM tower to fix a 2 meter repeater antenna since the tower was shared. I provided the FRS radios to get the job done and when my boss climed up he was picking up music on the channel we were using. So I climed up to hand him some tools and I heard it also. It was some kid using FRS to broadcast music. Very unpro but funny to listen to. Who knows how far it was away from us. Couldn't pick it up on ground but on the tower at 50-100 feet it came right in, metal rock on FRS channel 1 with what sounded like a young boy.

Probably the freq I started on...
27.425 USB... from my truck while driving on the road...
It was a low-tech setup.. Live ID's and talking and mic to the speaker for the tunes... Yeah.. Voodoo Radio came to life that day....
I was running a Single final version of a Magnum 257 into a RM Italy KL-300P.. and was heard by several people in the North East (I had announced i was going to try it on the FRN site)...
