Michael O'Reilly the FCC commissioner is the cartoon character Clarence in real life.
In a statement released today by the FCC (Freaks and Fools Cooperative) Spokesperson Dick Tator, confirmed that FCC commissioner Michael O'Reilly is in fact really the Cartoon Network's cartoon character Clarence. This has come as no surprise to many who have long suspected O'Reilly was, in fact a very unreal, two dimensional entity. It was revealed that in an upcoming episode of the hit cartoon, Clarence will haul his Mother Mary Wendell before the courts for operating an unlicensed FM transmitter, believed to be a wireless Baby monitor. Wendell will be fined $10,000 for broadcasting illegally in the episode, and thrown in jail for her horrendous crimes against humanity. It is believed however though, that she will gain early release when O'Reilly starts to go hungry about 5 minutes after his last snack, when he realises that Wendell is after all, his sole provider of meals, and he needs her home to make him a few S'mores. As we all know Clarence likes his food, oh yes he does. As proof Dick Tator provided undeniable photographic evidence to the duel role of O'Reilly/Clarence which we have reproduced below.
"Lets see' we're on err 92 FM tonight, and it feels like a nice clean little band so far. No one else is using it. The price is right."
