Greetings To All !
I have compiled this information to assist you in making a decision on whether to make a purchase of this small transmitter. I own one and derive very decent results with it. It incorporates a '2SC1971' Final Output Transistor which is claimed to deliver 5 to 7 watts output. My unit delivers no more than 5 watts but I do not find this to be an issue for a mere $35.00 and FREE shipping from Hong Kong. From my personal technical observations, I believe that the final output transistor can be replaced with a 2SC1972, thus, at least doubling the output power to 10 watts minimum. You may purchase a 2SC1972 transistor for a mere $2.00 !
