Not sure who all here are on www.reddit.com/r/pirateradio/ or use reddit in general but I think we should all take notice of that community and aid them.
There are often a lot of posts by newbs on that sub for our hobby that could really use the help. Of course there is hfunderground too but I feel that each of these communities serves a purpose, hfu for example is definitely the place to log activity, our place seems to be the place to talk shop, and reddits pirate radio discussion seems to be absolute newbs.
I guess what I am suggesting is take some of the people there under our wings when asking tech questions. No need to have all these community splits. Just an idea.
For the euro crowd there is always members7.boardhost.com/PirateRadio/ and alpha lima international forum, miss yah Al We really need to build communities again. Amateur radio operators do this often and wonder why no young kids want to get licensed, well we have a shortage too because of the disconnect between those who want to play on air and those who know how to get the signal out of an ominous black wire draped out the window.
