I will have to look into this later, and yes our forum is backed up, but I fear for the days when services go down and information might be lost across the web when material like we contain can be of use for broadcasting to the public in emergencies.
Radio as we know is the last venue when other services go down. We've built our own infrastructure as pirates, part 15 micro stations, ham radio ops, CBers, and whatever else. I'd like to gather up info on how to preserve the context here in case things go down.
I'm looking into Wayback Machine. It oddly has captures of our site but most of the material is older. Links and images leave a lot to be desired. The site comes up and our banner and other odds/ends, but the vast material here now has grown to the point where I went from bored OP to worried because we've accumulated a vast amount of info so far that needs to be available, especially the tech info.
Any ideas how to add this site to history markings on wayback or other services I haven't heard of? Looking for any ideas.
