I found a new amp on ebay from China and I'm starting to notice it's hard to find these things because they are unbranded and carried by a bunch of different sellers from China. So I decided right here I am going to make a master list of amps/amp stores and parts:

Now I'll do AM. This is much harder because there are fewer builders. (most are Greek for some reason) * There will be a star next to the ones I have ordered from.
Thank you Ogrevorbis! this list will save loads of time in the future. I can also attest that the 6W 12V 0.3W INPUT - works well with a Ramsey fm30b - i had it set up and was working great until the dang antenna fell over. I'm revamping my transmitter section now, I'm going to use the Mitsubishi thing you recommended in one of my other posts. radio 101 will rise again!!

No problem. Hopefully you are using a frequency that is at either the high or low end of the band. I know these work well there. I really don't know how well they will perform in the middle. It will probably work with reduced power output, but it hasn't been tested.

Good Morning Og' !
I just finished perusing ALL of the links that you have so graciously provided and, after reviewing every link, I must say, damn fine job sir ! That is quite a fine compilation upon which we may build ! Personally, I think this was a great idea and I'm sure that all referencing it will appreciate the time and effort put into compiling it ! Upon seeing your list, an idea came to me, thus, I would like to propose that if anyone else has similar links pertaining to the theme of this forum, perhaps Ogrevorbis' contribution here may serve as 'seeds' that our community members may build upon. By adding additional relevant URL's that would likely be of interest to this community, the potential exists for us to establish an excellent, continuously updated technical resource that both forum members and non-members alike may use as a readily available reference standard. I would sincerely appreciate your comments and suggestions prior to submitting this proposal to Kage for his input and possible eventual forum integration. I look forward to your reply !

Yeah, I absolutely agree that something like this should be implemented. I think a pinned thread or maybe a link on the side bar where it says "quick links" would be good. There is already one there that says "best links", but I checked it out and it's very old and not really relevant to this subject anyway. I think maybe one that said something like "gear list" or "radio shopping" etc...
I would also encourage other members to PM me links I could add and I could "edit" this. I think this is better than it becoming a several page thread with everyone's different postings. It becomes annoying to sort though those.

Good Morning Og !
Agreed, regarding it becoming a several page thread ! I just messaged Kage regarding this proposal and will await his comments. Meanwhile, I will PM you some links I also have compiled that I believe would be worthy of addition to your compilation for your consideration. As well, I will whip up a sample 'format', structurally tidy and visually appealing, for consideration.
